During any lockdown period we will only be carrying out urgent/emergency repairs. Any non-urgent repairs will be dealt with afterwards. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

Repairs can be reported by email to email@example.com, by using the online form opposite, or by phone 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (except for public and other English statutory holidays) by calling 01202 671222
If the repair is an emergency (it cannot wait until the next working day) and the office is closed, tenants can call Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council's Careline on 01202 392322
Please note that if you are a leaseholder or shared owner you are normally responsible for your own repairs but, if in doubt, please contact us.
