I have acted as a client and contractor for a number of registered providers in London, Bristol, Bournemouth and Hampshire and overseen a variety of projects from quality assurance, risk management, inner city regeneration, development, and strategic planning. I am currently the Head of Asset Management at Magna Housing Limited delivering a new Supply and Investment Strategy aligned with Customer Experience and Service Transformation.

I am passionate about the sector and have known and worked with Sandbourne and its previous organisations for many years.

Worked in Social Housing for the last 40 years starting at the reception desk on the Council Estate he was brought up on. Worked in both Local Government and Housing Associations. Retired as CEO of Sandbourne in 2019. Has served on the Board of Willow Tree Housing since 2020.

The Board shall consist of between five and twelve Members (including co-optees) as may be determined by the Board. Three Board Members shall form a quorum.
In accordance with the National Housing Federation Model Rules 2011, adopted by Sandbourne on 15 May 2013, all Members serve a maximum term of office of nine years from the date that were first elected at an Annual General Meeting.
