I am a partner for a south coast firm of solicitors and have specialised in housing management law for over 20 years. I have previously advised tenants and private landlords but for the last 18 years have advised social landlords. I am passionate about the sector and have known and worked with Sandbourne and its previous organisations for many years.

The Board shall consist of between five and twelve Members (including co-optees) as may be determined by the Board. Three Board Members shall form a quorum.
In accordance with the National Housing Federation Model Rules 2011, adopted by Sandbourne on 15 May 2013, all Members serve a maximum term of office of nine years from the date that were first elected at an Annual General Meeting.
